Welcome to SuperAGI and SuperAGI Cloud! Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully as they govern your use of the SuperAGI website located at https://superagi.com/ (“Website”) and the SuperAGI Cloud app located at https://app.superagi.com/ (“App”).

By accessing or using our Website and App, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Website and App.

2. Who We Are

SuperAGI is a community-led, open-source project with a developer-first framework, hosted on GitHub, that enables users to design, manage, and operate autonomous AI agents. Our principal place of business is at 555 Lytton Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94301.

3. Registration and Accounts

Users can create accounts on the SuperAGI Cloud. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date.

4. Content Submission

Users are permitted to create and/or upload content to the App. You retain all your rights to any content you submit, post or display, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. Please adhere to the privacy policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website and App (including but not limited to logos, visual designs, and trademarks) is the exclusive property of SuperAGI and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

6. Feedback and Suggestions

We encourage and welcome feedback and suggestions. If you provide us with feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and implement that feedback without any obligation to provide compensation or attribution, although we may choose to do so.

7. Merchandise Store

Though we do not sell physical goods directly through our Website, we have affiliated merchandise available through Printify. Any purchases, shipping, returns, or issues related to items bought from our merchandise store are the sole responsibility of Printify.

8. Future Services

While we currently do not offer in-app purchases or subscription plans, we reserve the right to introduce these or other features in the future.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SuperAGI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Website or App after changes means you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
